Job Description :
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to user queries, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Your role is essential in helping employees across departments use technology efficiently and securely, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Familiarity with networking, VPNs, printers, and basic cybersecurity principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
